How can I find a way to get my dad scheduled to play at Agusta Golf Course, where the masters are held?
I know it has been one of my dad's dreams to play at Agusta golf course in Georgia, the course where they play the masters so i was wondering what I would have to do to get him scheduled to play there.
To further explain some of the answers above: Augusta National is probably the most exclusive/elite golf courses in the country, if not the world.
Membership is actually not very expensive compared to other private courses around the country. There are clubs around the country that are a lot more expensive, with not nearly as nice of a course. However, the members there keep to themselves, as it is a very tight-knit group. The ONLY way to become a member is to be invited to join. This likely means that you will have to know somebody that is already a member.
In case you are wondering...you can't even ask to join. If you do, you are automatically denied. There have been some very famous and powerful people that have had this happen to them. They asked if they could join, and they were told no.
Take the advice of some of the others and go to one of the other courses that are public.
