Putting Cup
What to put in a cup for sippy cup training?
I have a 7.5 month old and want to start training him to use a sippy cup. However, I don't know what to put in the cup because:
1. babies are not supposed to drink water until 1 year of age;
2. juice is also best to give later
3. no milk in the cup because I breastfeed him...
So what are my other options?

i only put water while they where learning i never put juice and never put formula or breast milk go with water while learning to use cup after a year i did put whole milk in good luck
