Hat Clips
mini top-hat question?
i bought a mini top-hat from a shop in camden a few weeks ago,and she said to put it on,you need to put the hairclips through the slots inside the hat.
but thats where i dont understand.do i need to open the clip up and push it through,or not.
also,how will i get it to clip onto my hair,when the clips are inside?
(i apologise for the crappy explanation)
open the clip put it through the slot. then put hair inside the clip and close the clip.
Also I recommend using bobby pins (do the same thing as above)
