How to remove olive from a seat in the car?

I've seen great answers for removing olive oil from clothing and fabric, but in nearly all cases, the final step (or part of the steps) was washing in the washing machine.
How would you remove olive oil from a seat in the car? A bag that was placed on the seat had been set in the oil at the restaurant and the oil transferred.

Any suggestions? I considered Spot Shot but thought I'd check here first.

Dawn dish liquid is a great de-greaser. You could try a bit on a soft cloth then rinse well.:)
