Bottom Cover
How do you remove the bottom access cover on an Acer 4420 laptop ?
I have an Acer 4420 laptop/notebook and want to upgrade from 2 GB to 4 GB of RAM. I checked Acer's website and it shows the panel to remove but when you remove the screws (5) the panel still does not want to come off and I don't want to force and break it....help please!
It's plastic so there is a little bit of give with it. Try wiggling it back and forth, there's usually plastic tabs that are used to keep it in place. You usually have to exert an excess amount of force to break the plastic
