Headcover Cover

Grade 8 grad dress(mississauga)?

So my grade 8 graduation is next month.
I need a dress, but I cant go too far. The closest mall is Square One, so thats where im planning to get my dress.

The problem is that I am Muslim(although i dont wear a headcover). The dress has to cover my arms, at least up to a few inches above my elbows. So i cant wear tube tops, halters, spaghetti straps, etc.
The dress also cannot show my legs( has to be up to my ankles).
I also dont want to wear one of those huge prom dresses.

I dont want anything pink or purple because i dont like those colors. I also dont want anyhting red or orange cuz those 2 colors dont look good on me.
I am 5'6, have light skin, brown eyes, black(shoulder length) hair and i am kinda fat around my stomach/thighs and i weight about 145 lbs.
my fave colors are bright green, aqua and yellow.
any help would be appreciated
