For anyone who knows something about golf clubs?
Is the Nike slingshot OSS irons really so much easier to hit that the Tour model irons. I’m looking into getting a new set and was wondering if thats the way to go.

As far as I know, Tour irons are usually a solid blade where as most irons now have a cavity back to them. The cavity back is much more forgiving and usually has a bigger sweet spot.

Tour model irons are irons that meet the specs of tour players, whether it be cavity back or blades. Some pros use cavity backs and others use blades, but as long as they are used by tour pros, and are calibrated/custom fitted to their standards (1/2" longer. 1* more upright, etc.), theyre called tour editions/models. The ones which are generally available on the market are standard issues (unless they say tour issues), meaning they have the same loft, lie angle, weight, length, etc. To use the slingshots as an example, the slingshots have 3 editions, the original slingshots, the oss, and the tour edition. The oss have the widest sole and deepest center of gravity among the three (which makes it look like a hybrid), next comes the orig. slingshots which has a narrower sole and a bit higher center of gravity than the oss. Both models are aimed at high handicap players since their focus is on forgiveness on off center hits and getting the ball airborne. The tour edition has the narrowest sole among the three (which tour players prefer since they dont have any problems on hitting the club’s sweetspot or getting the ball airborne) since its focus is on control and shot shaping of the tour player or the low handicap players.
