Can you fit Itunes on a 4GB Jet flash driver?
I need to be able to carry it with me because I travel alot and can't afored a laptop.

You can carry the installation file for iTunes on your flash drive (which you can download here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ ), as it is only 50mb or so in size, but you will have to install iTunes on every computer you plug the flash drive into.
There are, however, some alternative "portable" programs similar to iTunes that allow you to manage and synchronize your iPod from your flash drive without installing them.
One of them is called YamiPod, which you can find here: http://www.yamipod.com/main/modules/home/
The other is Portable Winamp which you can find here: http://www.softpedia.com/get/PORTABLE-SOFTWARE/Multimedia/Audio/Windows-Portable-Applications-Portable-Winamp.shtml
