I Am Looking For Help In Packaging And Labeling For Marketing A Golf Accessory. It’s Aluminum Measures 4×34"

I will manufacture this item myself but I need suggestions on packaging and labeling for marketing. The item weighs approx. 4 oz. and has a tapered 1/4" point which should probably have a cap for safety.
